Invitation to Engagement Sessions

Join us and learn more about our bid for the 27th World Scout Jamboree in 2031

Dear Friends in Scouting,
We are thrilled to invite you to take part in the upcoming Engagement Sessions regarding Denmark’s bid for the 27th World Scout Jamboree in 2031.We will host five virtual Engagement Sessions on the 17th and 25th of June for NSO leadership, World Scout Conference delegations, and Jamboree entusiasts!

At the Engagement Sessions, we will introduce the thoughts and visions behind our bid, dive into your questions, and engage with you on how we can create an impactfull Jamboree together for our movement.

We hope you will take part and join in on the conversations!

Sessions - time and date

The five Engagement Sessions will each last an hour and take place over the course of two days. Each session will focus on a region, to accomodate different time zones and prioritize a fruitful discussion on needs and inputs from that specific region. Regardless of your region, you are welcome to take part in any session (or more) that you would like.

Monday 17th June 2024
‍Session 1 @6 PM CEST (GMT+2) - Europe
‍Session 2 @9 PM CEST (GMT+2) - Interamerica

Tuesday 25th June 2024
‍Session 3 @10 AM CEST (GMT+2) - Asia-Pacific
‍Session 4 @5 PM CEST (GMT+2) - Arab
‍Session 5 @7 PM CEST (GMT+2) - Africa

The Engagement Sessions will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the bid from Denmark and be part of shaping the 27th World Scout Jamboree with your creative ideas and input.

Registration and meeting platform‍

If you’re interested in attending a session, please make sure to register.The meeting will take place on Zoom, and the meeting link will be sent to you by email prior to the meeting.
